Altierus Career College-Tampa Names New Campus Director

Tim Dengler to lead career school

TAMPA, Fla.–Altierus Career College-Tampa announced it has appointed Tim Dengler campus director, effective July 15, 2020. In this role, he will oversee all campus operations and strategic direction for the career and technical programs Altierus provides.

“Tim’s many years of experience in postsecondary training and leading admissions and enrollment teams will make him an excellent resource as our campus navigates the evolving educational landscape,” said Jacob Kassuba, vice president of campus operations for ECMC Education, which oversees the Altierus Career College campuses. “His perspective, knowledge and leadership will help us continue to develop offerings that meet the professional goals of our students while meeting the needs of local employers.”

Dengler brings over 20 years of experience in higher education management, strategy and operations. Prior to joining Altierus, he served as the campus director at All State Career College in Pittsburgh, Pa. His experience comes from a variety of roles managing and overseeing admissions, sales and program development.

“I’ve always had a passion for helping schools and organizations improve their productivity and efficiency,” said Dengler. “I feel strongly about the mission that guides Altierus, and I am excited to help guide the school during this turbulent time and as we develop a strategic vision for the future.”

Dengler received his Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Business from the State University of New York at Albany. Tim resides just outside the greater Tampa area with his wife of 20 years and their son.
