Sarah Strehl

Sarah Strehl joined ECMC Group in May 2015 as chief human resources officer (CHRO). In this capacity, Ms. Strehl is responsible for the human resource function for ECMC Group and its subsidiaries. Ms. Strehl has more than 25 years of experience in human resources across a variety of industries, geographic locations and HR specializations. She leads with energy and inclusivity—creating an environment that inspires all individuals to thrive, using their talents to deliver against the company’s mission and drive value for the organization. 

From 2012-2015, Ms. Strehl served as vice president of human resources and director of organization effectiveness at Capella Education Company. From 1998 to 2012, she served in various human resources roles at Cargill, Inc., including enterprise human resources leader, organization effectiveness practice leader, human resources process leader and human resources generalist.

Ms. Strehl currently serves as chairwomen on the board of the Ann Bancroft Foundation. She earned her bachelor of business administration with a dual emphasis in management and human resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
