Rahoul Ghose

Rahoul Ghose is the chief information officer (CIO) for ECMC Group, a position he has held since July 2018.
Mr. Ghose is responsible for the technology vision and strategic leadership for all business lines across ECMC Group. With more than 30 years of experience, he has held senior leadership roles, including CIO, with Lifetouch, Best Buy, Cargill, Ecolab and Honeywell. Mr. Ghose has a history of transforming IT capabilities through innovation, building shared service organizations and driving business value through technology.
Mr. Ghose is on the boards for the MacPhail Center for Music in Minneapolis and AdoptAClassroom.org. He also serves on the Graduate Programs in Software Strategic Advisory Board at the University of St. Thomas. He has an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. Mr. Ghose received the Minnesota CIO of the Year Award in 2021.
